What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

MRI of spine showed lower than expected bone marrow signal with several small intraosseous vertebral body hemangiomas ( yellow marrow foci ) . Family doctor doesn t understand this..says probably due to aging ..I am 62 yrs old female. Is this finding nothing to worry about?
